My wife made the comment that “we haven’t had real sex in years”. It was meant as a joke, but as we talked it became serious. It doesn’t matter that we have been together for 8 years and we still have sex 4–5 times a week, that she has multiple orgasms, that we do ever position under the sun including oral/anal. We haven’t had real sex because we don’t have an hour of foreplay beforehand. We have sex for 20–30 minutes at a time on average and because it’s not longer its not “real” sex. It seems that I can’t please her any way I try. Doesn’t matter that I work two jobs to pay the mortgage and literally spend every spare moment I have with her, I don’t see my friends, I don’t even sit and read a book. I spend it with her, if she is not too busy watching TV in which case I clean the house. I really don’t think I can please this woman in any respect and I KNOW (not just being arrogant here) that I do more for her than any of her friends partners do for them.
